Victoria Boman

Vice President

Dr. Victoria Boman is an experienced professional with over 19 years of administrative,operations, and program development experience. Dr. Boman has documented success in developing and executing strategic enrollment plans and initiatives designed to support recruitment, retention, and graduation. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of the dynamics and decisions of college enrollment, strategic planning, and program management practices. Victoria has a passion for both the staff and students’ success and their ability to proactively see their respective values and contributions to the institution and beyond. She has served in various leadership roles at Allied College, Westwood College, ITT Technical Institute, The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Talladega College, Auburn City School District in Alabama, and Florissant City School District in Missouri. Higher Education Enrollment Management Achievements ● Increased First-Time, Full-Time and Degree Seeking Cohort enrollment, retention, and persistence rates. ● Developed effective Transfer Articulation policies and procedures that increased transfer student enrollment and graduation rates. ● Provided leadership in the creation of enrollment goals based upon the strategic analysis of student success, predictive modeling, program specific and institutional capacity, market research and geo-demographic data. ● Increased the effective utilization of state, federal and institutional financial aid and scholarship funds/resources to positively impact recruitment, retention, persistence and graduation rates. ● Integrated technology and marketing to enhance recruitment, retention and marketing strategies. ● Administered an aggressive program of professional development activities for all enrollment, student success, and financial aid staff. ● Exhibited a strong commitment to and an advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion. ● Developed and maintained a collective, engaged, transparent and strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to advance institutional enrollment, retention, graduation, and budgetary goals and objectives.
